Niecy was a Godsend. She was the life saver I needed when I felt like I was sinking in "stuff"! My things had become so disorganized that I was beginning to be overwhelmed. I found Niecy through a Google search and again on Thumbtack. From our initial video consultation I could tell that Niecy knew her stuff. In this process Nicey was professional, on time, personable and had great communication. Her soft skills were never lacking, as she guided and kept me on track for what needed to be done to make progress in the cleaning out and letting go journey. Yes, it was a journey. Getting rid of personal items is not easy, but once it was done and organized, I could exhale. I hired Niecy to help me purge and reorganize my garage. Niecy provided a free consultation to discuss my goals for the space, and then we set a date for the work. Niecy and I got right to work as soon as she arrived. She was super efficient and non-judgmental while helping me purge. I had some metal, paint, and other non-residential waste, and Niecy sent me contact information for appropriate scrap metal and paint haulers to get it taken care of the same day. She also found the right home for my donations - be it an animal shelter, a women's shelter, or a craft exchange. She took the donations for drop-off as an added service. I have 30% more space to park in my garage and way more mental clarity—we can actually access our circuit breaker panel now! Niecy also helped me repurpose all of my existing stackable bins and containers by consolidating and categorizing the things I kept, so I did not need to purchase any additional storage solutions. I would definitely recommend Nice & Neat with Niecy!
